Special or Single Use
Professional Theatrical or Concert use of the Germantown Theatre Centre is available on a single-event basis for $5000. This is for 8 a.m. to midnight use. If an additional day is required for set-up or take-down, an additional $1000 per day fee will apply. Again, all technical lighting and sound are an additional fee, or made by arrangement of the lessee.

Any short-term lease for a theatrical or concert engagement will be arranged on a case-by-case basis, always considering that prior lessee's property and schedules will have priority. A lessee who wishes to displace another will make that organi-zation an offer for reimbursement, but may not force the issue.

Each contract lessee will provide the owner/management with a copy of an insurance policy binder naming the Germantown Theatre Centre and Casa de Liberty, LLC as additional insured. No contract for facility use is complete without this insurance.
